NOTTINGHAM, UK: Just introduced to dental markets in the UK last year, enigmalife+ denture teeth from Schottlander recently scooped a Trade Award from the Dental Laboratories Association (DLA) as the most innovative product of 2015. In addition, the association recognised Nobel Biocare for the Best Implant System, as well as Ivoclar Vivadent for Best Aftercare Support, Best Affiliate Training/CPD Provider and International Company of the Year.
Renishaw took home the award for best CAD/CAM Company 2015, while WHW Plastics was named Best Trade Company in 2015. Furthermore, Skillbond was awarded for Most Support for the British Bite Mark.
As the only individual award, Sales Rep of the Year 2015 went to Sean McMoran of John Winter in Halifax.
“The standard of service provided by all companies shortlisted was outstanding, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to UK dental labs and the advancement of the profession, ” commented Matthew Stokes, Event Manager of the Dental Technology Showcase, which sponsored the awards for the first time.
The annual awards are given to extraordinary providers, selected by DLA members, in the laboratory industry every year. This year’s winners received their honours during an official ceremony in Nottingham in December.
