LONDON – The BDTA Dental Showcase, the UK’s largest dental exhibition, will start this Thursday. The British Dental Trade Association (BDTA) has announced that the Showcase Stand Awards will again be held at this year’s event and be judged by the Association of Event Organisers.

The exhibition, with more than 300 exhibitors, will run until 6 October and is expected to attract over 10,000 dental professionals. Exhibition stands will be judged on a number of factors, including presentation, professionalism, stand layout and appearance, staffing, and the range of products/information on display. There will be three eventual winners for the small, medium and large stand categories, and each will win a full-page advert in their choice of dental magazine.

Tony Reed, Executive Director of the BDTA, said, “The Showcase Stand Awards are a great opportunity for the BDTA to recognise the significant time and effort put into Showcase stands by exhibiting companies. Every year we see fantastic stands, both big and small, and we are especially pleased that the Association of Event Organisers will be present to judge the competition. Good luck to all exhibitors!”
