LONDON, UK: At the 2018 BDIA Dental Showcase, Eschmann Direct, a leading manufacturer of dental decontamination equipment, has launched the Little Sister SES 2020N, a non-vacuum autoclave with more than double the capacity of its predecessor.
Little Sister equipment can be found in more than 70 per cent of the UK’s dental practices, according to the company. The SES 2020N’s 17 l chamber, which accommodates five full-size instrument trays, is designed to keep up with the increasing pace of modern dentistry, said David Gibson, Marketing Manager at Eschmann Direct. “Its slightly bigger chamber, in comparison to our previous non-vacuum autoclaves, shows our recognition of the importance of productivity in today’s dental practice,” stated Gibson, who also highlighted how the rapid cycles eliminate the need for manually or air-drying instruments in a non-sterile environment.
Of note is the company’s Care and Cover protection programme, which provides regular servicing and a lifetime breakdown warranty for all Little Sister products from Eschmann Direct. According to Gibson, the company’s commitment to providing a high level of professional service at a reasonable price is designed to give dentists value for money. “Money is a key concern for dentists today, and they want affordable equipment that is designed to last,” said Gibson. “With this product, they’ll get an autoclave that is not just affordable to buy, it’s affordable to own.”
Little Sister SES 2020N is commercially available from today in the UK.
