Philips announces partnership with mydentist

More than 650 dental clinics in the UK and Ireland will be stocked with an exclusive and jointly branded portfolio of Philips oral health products from November 2018 onwards in accordance with the agreement. These include the company’s Sonicare range of electric toothbrushes and Zoom! take home tooth whitening kits, augmenting the 70 practices currently offering Zoom! chairside tooth whitening.

Introduced 25 years ago, Sonicare remains the number one sonic toothbrush brand recommended by dental professionals worldwide, according to Philips. The company also said that Zoom! is clinically proven to whiten teeth by up to seven shades with little to no additional sensitivity.

“Our clinicians are at the frontline of oral care and prevention and we wanted them to have the lead role in selecting the brands and products they believe in,” commented Dr Nyree Whitley, Clinical Director of mydentist.
