Gillingham, UK: Henry Schein Dental recently announced the launch of Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips in the UK. The strips remove years of tough stains from coffee, wine and smoking, are easy to use and offer a safe* at-home whitening solution with noticeable results in only one week that last for up to 12 months.
3D White Whitestrips are thin, flexible polyethylene strips coated with 5.25 % hydrogen peroxide, the same whitening gel used in conventional tooth-whitening methods. The strips conform to the shape of the teeth and are easy to apply. They retain the whitening gel against the tooth surface long enough to allow for effective removal of stains, resulting in visibly whiter teeth, with the full treatment taking 14 days. The product provides a safe* and effective solution to stained teeth.
3D White Whitestrips are available for purchase from summer 2015 from dental offices only. The first application will be demonstrated by a dental professional, with consumers able to perform all subsequent whitening applications at home. The product will be distributed throughout the UK exclusively by Henry Schein Dental.
According to an iData Research report, by 2018 the market for professional tooth whitening in the UK is projected to grow to £9.2 million (approximately €12.5 million), with the total European market expected to grow to £42.8 million (approximately €58.3 million).
