London, UK: The Police Department in Newham, London, has released CCTV images of two men on Tuesday, who are suspected to have stolen dental equipment from the BDIA Dental Showcase that took place at the ExCel Centre in October. Among other items, they are believed to have taken high-end handpieces on the first day of the show.

Police describe the men as middle-aged and of average height and they believe one of them is Asian. According to the footage, the men entered the show with valid tickets shortly before the show's closure on Thursday, 10 October.

Several exhibitors reported equipment missing from their booths the day after, despite improved security measures that were put in place to prevent theft.

The overall value of the stolen equipment is estimated at £100,000.

Anyone who can help identify the men or provide additional information that could lead to their identification are requested to contact the Newham Crime Investigation Department at 101 (reference number 5328003/14) or Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
