LONDON, UK: When it comes to implants, the Straumann Group has been one of the major dental brands leading the way. In a free upcoming Straumann Group webinar on Monday, 25 November, host Dr Abid Faqir will address the treatment of edentulous or soon to be edentulous patients using the Pro Arch treatment modality.
In the webinar, participants will be informed about the indications and options, along with protocols, to help make the treatment modality as predictable as possible. As implant technology is continually evolving, Faqir believes that the topic will be of interest to the dental community and he plans to give clinicians information on how to handle challenges in the everyday practice setting.
Faqir graduated from the Glasgow Dental School and then went on to attain his Diploma of Membership at the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Edinburgh, followed by a master’s degree at the University of Glasgow. Since then, he has gained a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has had extensive training both in the UK and overseas in the field of implantology.
The 1-hour webinar, titled “Challenges and solutions of the immediate full-arch restoration with Pro Arch BLX”, will be broadcast live on Monday, 25 November, at 6 p.m. GMT. Attendance is free of charge after easy registration on the website. Participants will be able to ask questions via a chat window and have the opportunity to earn a continuing education credit by completing a multiple-choice questionnaire on the topic.
Dental professionals who are interested in attending the course may register online here.
