NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, UK: After admitting to eight counts of voyeurism, dentist David Stocks from Stocksfield in Northumberland was released on unconditional bail last week by the Newcastle Upon Tyne Magistrates’ Court. The 36-year-old could face a prison sentence though after appearing before the Crown Court later this year.
According to the prosecution, Stocks, who operated Always Smiling Dental Clinic in Throckley at the time, took several videos with his phone of female patients using the toilet in his practice and house.
He was discovered after a patient found the phone and informed authorities.
While Stock tried to cover his tracks by erasing the files and replacing his phone, police seized several videos on his computer dating between January and November 2013.
Stock admitted to having taken the videos for his sexual gratification.
