GLASGOW, UK: On 24 and 25 May, the first Scottish Dental Show will be hosted in Glasgow’s Hampden Park. The organisers expect more than 1,000 dental professionals from across the country to attend the event, where many exhibitors will be offering exclusive visitor discounts on products and services.

At the show, which will be officially opened by the Minister for Public Health, Michael Matheson MSP, more than 100 exhibitors will represent the UK dental trade and showcase the latest innovations, product developments and services relevant to the 10,000 professionals working in the Scottish dental industry—from surgeons and technicians to hygienists and nurses.

A number of high-profile speakers have been secured to offer 12 hours of verifiable CPD. NHS dentists attending talks will be able to claim for up to four sessions of CPD allowance, NHS Education for Scotland confirmed.

According to the organiser, admission to the Scottish Dental Show is free to people working in the Scottish dental industry. All attendees are required to register at www.scottishdentalshow.co.uk.
