In a new study, researchers from the University of Sheffield have found that using a vitamin D spray is just as effective as taking vitamin D capsules. The discovery may help patients who suffer from reflux or other issues increase their vitamin D levels. The researchers noted that only 40% of people in the UK are considered to have a sufficient amount of the vitamin in their bodies.
