- Learn how Health Education England’s Advancing Dental Care scheme aims to supply a dental workforce with the skills to respond to the changing oral health needs of patients and services
- Gain an increased understanding of the new periodontal classification, and how this applies to the older population
- Have an increased awareness of the legislation around advancing decisions and do not resuscitate directives
- Increased awareness of factors to consider when providing dental care under sedation or general anesthesia for older people with multiple comorbidities
- Reflection and considerations when treatment planning in older people
